We contacted Ferrin's Air Force to have you come out and take a look at some problems we have been having with one of our units in the past. Jim Hughes, Service Manager came out yesterday and replaced a compressor in one of the units and thermostat. Since in the past we have had two different air conditioning companies come out and basically not fix the problem, it was finally great to have Jim come out; he knew exactly what needed to be done, fixed the situation in a very professional manner.
If we have any future situations with our air conditioning home or business we would want Jim to service this. We definitely plan on referring your company and Jim Hughes to other businesses that would need your service.

While in the contracting business for 32 years, it was seldom I ever received a call from someone who just wanted to tell us we had done a good job, or that one of our service men was courteous, etc. After I retired, I vowed that when I did find a firm that did indeed do exceptional work, I would take the time to praise that firm, and the personnel accordingly. Such is the case for your firm as aforementioned. As you may recall, we had made arrangements for certain repairs to the air handler in a friend’s home that I was taking care of while they were away. Unfortunately , your service technician assigned to me suffered an injury and could not make it out to our appointment.
I was very impressed when you as the owner, telephoned to apologize for the situation and agreed to personally take care of the problem, I was even more impressed with your immediate attention to the matter, as well as the swift and effective repairs that were made. Finally, I found your fees for the services rendered to be competitive and in line, and I will strongly recommend your services in the future.
