The History of Ferrin's Air Force.
The Ferrin Family and the Kartchner Family have been in Arizona for over 100 years. Bob Ferrin and RaShel Kartchner met at Powell Junior High School and continued their friendship through their years at Mesa High School. Soon after Bob and RaShel were married in the summer of 1986 they decided to start their own air conditioning business.
As a teen, Bob had worked weekends and summers for Ferrin Brothers Air Conditioning, his father's and uncle's company, and felt that the experience gained could be well used in the creation of his own enterprise. Bob worked the business and RaShel took care of their children and ran the household. Bob quickly built a small but loyal client pool. He discovered that because of his honesty, attention to detail, friendly treatment of his clients, and quick service response, he didn't need to advertise or even look for work; it all came to him by word of mouth. After about 10 years, because of growing demand for the services of the company Bob finally decided to hire some help and expand a little. Nearly every year has seen an increase over the previous year in sales. As a result of the increasing notoriety and stellar reputation of the company, Bob expects to nearly double the size of the team and revenue of the company in 2009.
Bob says he will always keep the small company service philosophy because he thinks of his clients as family and wants to keep these friendships alive. Bob and his team at Ferrin's Air Force hope that if you are not already part of the client family, that you soon will be. They all look forward to developing a long and prosperous relationship.
